i know

the weather is turning and it looks like spring is on the horizon, but all I want to do is roast vegetables. 

   

If you've never roasted kale (yes, kale!) with a smidge of olive oil & salt, go now and do it.  Quick, before it's too hot outside to even think of turning on the oven.
